Are the medications shipped from a licensed pharmacy?

Yes, We guarantee all medications ordered from INSULACT are Health Canada approved and dispensed by our licensed and certified pharmacy located in Canada.  In Canada, only licensed pharmacies can dispense prescription medications.

We ship to all 51 States in the US in a timely manner using an insulated Styrofoam box with gel and ice packs to ensure the ambient temperature is maintained within the recommended 2 to 8 degree Celsius.

Shipping can take 3-5 business days. However, if all of the necessary documents are provided to us, We can try to have your medication to you within 24 hours.

US Customs can choose to randomly inspect your package and this will cause delays in delivery.  This possible delay can be avoided by providing us some additional documents and the Patient Care Representative will give you this

option prior to finalizing your order.  We also recommend placing your refill orders in advance during the holiday season to avoid any seasonal delays.

Ordering medication for your personal use is permitted as long as you do not exceed a three month supply at a time.

Since we are located outside the US (in Canada) we have no connection with the US insurance companies.  We do provide invoice/receipt with every order that can be submitted to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
