Yes, we deliver anywhere in the contiguous USA, and our prices are all in USD. If you live

2. WHERE ARE YOUR INSULIN PRODUCTS SHIPPED FROM?
All our Insulin products are shipped from Canada through one of our licensed affiliated
Canadian pharmacies. We deal with licensed pharmacies in Canada only so you can rest assured and enjoy the same bioequivalent FDA approved name brands.


3. ARE YOUR AFFILIATED PHARMACIES LICENSED?
Yes, we guarantee that the Insulin products you receive comes from a licensed Canadian

6. IS ORDERING MEDICATION ONLINE LEGAL?
Ordering medication, which is not a controlled substance, that is being ordered for personal use is generally permitted if the medication does not represent an unreasonable risk.
You affirm in writing that the medication is for personal use only and the quantity does not
exceed three months’ supply.

7. HOW OFTEN DO I NEED TO UPDATE MY PRESCRIPTION?
For prescriptions, we always require a new prescription once your current one is used up or
expires (whichever comes first).


8. HOW DO I SUBMIT MY PRESCRIPTION?

You can submit your prescription using our easy to use prescription upload form which will be emailed after you complete your purchase. Look out for the prescription upload email and make sure you check your SPAM folder.


9. HOW OFTEN SHOULD I ORDER?
That is entirely up to you and your doctor. We advise that you order a 3-month supply at a
time. This way, you only need to order four times per year. After your fourth order is placed,
you will likely need to provide a new prescription. This is how most customers go about
ordering.
Our easy to use Subscription feature helps you better manage your diabetes by automatically
reordering your supply so you can sit back and your Insulin will be safely delivered right to your
door.


10. WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM QUANTITY I CAN ORDER?
The United States Food and Drug administration (FDA) limits the quantity of medication that
may be imported by a resident of the United States to a 3-month supply for personal use. Every
3 months you may receive a refill of your medications provided that the prescription you
provided allows for these refills. Once these refills have been filled for the allotted frequency,
you will then have to send a new prescription.

11. DO YOU ACCEPT US INSURANCE?
Since we are located outside the US (in Canada) we have no connection with US insurance
companies.  We do provide invoice/receipt with every order that can be submitted to your
insurance company for possible reimbursement.


12. IS IT SAFE TO BUY INSULIN FROM OUTSIDE THE USA?
For years, Americans have been crossing the border into Canada to have their prescriptions

14. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Due to the nature of these products and applicable laws, ALL SALES ARE FINAL SALE and
products are not returnable. However, don’t worry; we guarantee your prescription will be
fulfilled exactly like your local pharmacy.


15. HOW DOES INSULACT ENSURE THAT YOUR INSULIN WILL ARRIVE UNDAMAGED AND
UNSPOILED DURING SHIPPING?
Insulact ships all products using specially designed, insulated, temperature controlled shipping
containers with gel packs to ensure the integrity of your order.

Please note that all insulin can survive for up to 30 days at room temperature. **


16. HOW LONG AFTER I ORDER WILL MY INSULIN BE SHIPPED?
Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours of being processed however, it can take 1-4
business days to process your order as we must verify your prescription(s) and prepare your
medication.

Please note - courier shipping and customs clearance delays are out of our control. Please ensure you upload your valid prescription to avoid any delays.


17. HOW MUCH ARE SHIPPING CHARGES?
Insulin must be shipped in temperature controlled containers using express shipping to ensure
the integrity of your order. We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $35 USD to anywhere in the
contiguous USA. (If you are located outside of the contiguous USA, additional charges may
apply).
